Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All physical consumer goods sold by Legend Lore (R.E.D. S.R.L.S.) to consumers residing in the European Union are protected by the mandatory statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2024/825 and European consumer sales law.

Minimum 2-Year Protection
Under European Consumer Sales Directives, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 24 months from the delivery of physical goods.
The guarantee applies if the goods:
- Do not match the description, sample or model demonstrated online.
- Do not function as advertised or lack standard tabletop durability.
Remedies at Zero Cost
In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers are entitled to free remedies without incurring any expenses:
- Free repair or replacement of the non-conforming item.
- Where repair/replacement is unavailable or disproportionate, an appropriate price reduction or a full refund.
