Manara Tarot Deck reads desire through gesture, tension and the charged distance between bodies. Its imagery is direct, adult and psychologically sharper than a conventional romantic tarot.

Milo Manara’s fluid comic-line work moves between amber heat, pale blue air, muted greens and dense black framing. The cards use elemental colour coding, multilingual titles, clear numerals and planetary symbols. The card backs are mirrored, pairing a park scene with an ornate border.

The deck contains 78 cards measuring 65 × 120 mm. That makes it slightly narrower than a standard 70 × 120 mm tarot while retaining the same height, so the pack sits more securely in smaller hands and remains manageable for fanning and dealing. The edges are left simple, with a smooth printed surface and softly rounded corners.

In a spread, the thick black borders and coloured elemental frames separate the cards cleanly.
